Welcome to the World of Eve Pacific. I’m your accountability buddy, Noble Woods III. I am a former Marine and serial entrepreneur. I have lived a decadent lifestyle in my 20s, sobered up in my 30s, and struggled with health issues like prediabetes by 40. I didn’t drink alcohol, indulge in illicit drugs, or smoke. But, I was killing myself with food. I traded obsessions.

Something had to change, and quick. I enlisted the healthiest person I knew at the time. Former Marine Dhell Topacio. He was a patient, but a hard core Agent of Change. He provided diet tips, and we became workout partners. Then I discovered “Insanity” by Shaun T! I shed 30 lbs. in 12 weeks. I hadn’t felt that good in almost 20 years.

Over time, bad eating habits crept in, and the scale started climbing. So, I started running. Three miles a day during the week and 9 miles on Saturday. After a year, it made me skinny fat.

Then my dear friend Ray Hanna followed in his father’s footsteps and started bodybuilding. Ray’s dad Dr. Hanna was only a couple of years older than I but had been competing for over 20 years. That’s right; I started pumping iron! I followed the diet plan Ray gave me and started training. I went to Ray’s first competition and was hooked! I was determined to be in my first competition for my 50th birthday. All was going well. Then it happened. I hurt my back. On my way to victory, I carelessly developed a bulging disc that gave me an excuse to give up my pursuit of the gold.

That led me to a more balanced approach to fitness. I have changed my perspective on living in this world. I spent years researching how to get fit and found that it is possible to eat delicious food, lose weight, improve your health, and feel great without dieting or deprivation.  I now train and educate others to live a healthy lifestyle. My mission is to help as many people as possible to live healthier lives by sharing what has worked for me and what hasn’t so that they can find their solutions too.
