I will talk about the exercises below but before that, let me explain to you what does a healthy diet refers to.

  • Avoid Sugar and Carbs: A low-carb diet that includes only complex carbs such as legumes and starchy vegetables is the best option when it comes to planning your meals. Instead, do it as slow as it makes you comfortable. Then, you can increase the pace and convert it into a running session.
